Size Exchanges
We understand that finding the right fit matters.
If you need a different size, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To request an exchange, email info@sautellewear.com with your order number and the size you'd like to exchange for.
Items must be unworn, in their original condition, with the internal size print intact.
Once your request has been reviewed, we'll provide the return instructions.
Customers are responsible for both the return shipping cost and the shipping cost of the replacement item.
Your replacement will be arranged once we've confirmed that the original item has been shipped back, subject to size availability.
Change of Mind
As each order is prepared and shipped directly from our production partner, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or unwanted purchases.
We recommend reviewing our size guide and product details carefully before placing your order.
If you're unsure about sizing, our team is happy to help before you purchase.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Every SAUTELLE piece is carefully checked before shipping. However, if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us review your request, please provide:
- Your order number
- A clear photo showing the issue
- A photo of the internal size print
Our team will assess the information provided and may request additional photos if needed.
If a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or fulfilment error is confirmed, we'll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
You will not need to return the affected item.
We reserve the right to decline claims where the evidence does not establish a product defect or order error, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
